Over the last couple of months I have had several people get in touch with me regarding payments being taken from their account and the reference being "Balance and Serenity". All seem to have made a purchase from a company that is obviously not legitimate online and have been charged a different amount than the purchase price they paid and my company name seems to be being used as cover. Possibly websites set up to sell non existent products to unsuspecting people through Facebook ads as several have mentioned. Some items people have bought are bee venom, arthritis cream or dentures but other products have been mentioned. I don't sell anything online which can be seen on my website and social media that there isn't any way of doing so. This is definitely nothing to do with us and no payments are showing on our account. I have been in contact with my bank to report this and would appreciate it if anyone that has also been affected by this would do the same and inform them that you have purchased from an illegitimate company and hopefully they'll get to the bottom of the issue. Unfortunately it looks like we and several unfortunate individuals have been a victim of fraud. I am pursuing it with Action Fraud as I'm receiving more and more emails/texts/calls from people with the same issue, some being rather abusive and I've now received negative reviews for my company on my Facebook page that I have worked so hard to build with 5* reviews from every client until now. It's been an incredibly upsetting and stressful time as I'm a small business and have worked incredibly hard to grow my business over the years and I'm devastated by this happening. I don't compete with others, I stay in my own lane. Please please research companies before you purchase from them and if you have made a purchase of around £20-80 or $20-80 recently but been charged a different amount leave your review on THEIR Facebook page, the page you made the purchase from and that will hopefully warn others and prevent further scamming rather than searching for the name they've used to hide their illegal activities behind and leaving a poor review. Please pursue this legally as I don't want my reputation tarnished by somebody else's dishonesty. Thank you.
